Provisions for people with disabilities
Room
The equipment in our suites for people with disabilities. The entire building is completely wheelchair accessible. All rooms are equipped with special devices. Smart home voice commands (controlling the curtains or lighting) so that people with disabilities can access everything. The air in the rooms is constantly filtered and cleaned to provide a clean atmosphere.
King-Size Bed
The top of the mattress on the king-sized bed has a height of 47 cm from the floor.
The bed cannot be driven under with a mobile person lift.
The free space (the aisle width) around the bed is 135cm on the left + 145cm on the right of the bed.
Reclining Bed
Each single bed on the king-sized bed is fitted with a reclining mechanism to make your bed time more relaxing.
We also offer upon request baby cribs with a mosquito net for an extra fee per day if you so require.
Bed Table
There is also a bedside table so you can enjoy breakfast in bed or use your laptop.
Wardrobe
The wardrobe does not have sliding doors but "normal" ones. A hanger with a lift is also provided for easier access to hanging clothes.
Toilet Seat
Toilet has fold-down grab bar on the right and also fixed grab bar on the left.
The indication of right or left is when you are standing in front of the toilet.
Toilet rim to floor height is 50cm
Shower
The shower area is without a step (floor level) and wheelchair accessible. The accessible area of the shower from wall to toilet is 120cm wide and 200cm long. There is a shower stool available. There are horizontal grab handles in the shower.
Sink
The sink is clear from the bottom edge and can you therefore get under it with a wheelchair. A reclined mirror is provided on the wall above the sink to make viewing the mirror when sitting easier. There is no cosmetic mirror.
Kitchenette
The space from the floor to the bottom of the Kitchenette is 75cm.
Balcony
The rooms on the ground floor and one room on the upper floor have regular balconies with dimensions 240cm*425cm.
Two rooms on the upper floor have larger balconies with dimensions 310cm*455cm.
Balcony Access
The door giving access to the balcony is easy to drive into as it is at floor level without any obstacles (ground level).
Balcony door entrance width is 140cm.
The curtain opens with a button or with voice command.

No dogs are allowed. No assistance dogs are allowed either.
Facilities

Elevator
The entrance width of the elevator is 0.85 cm and the inside length is 142cm and the width is 113cm. The control buttons and the the "alarm/call for help" button are accessible from a wheelchair.
Ramp
Access to the building from the road is provided with a ramp with a passage width of 200cm.
Corridor
Building Corridor passage width is 200cm.
Patio
A patio is available for any outdoor activities such as yoga and pilates.
Room Service
We do not have a restaurant at our facilities. Room service is however available to provide you with any additional food and beverages you might require.
Breakfast
A simple breakfast can be provided if requested (Bread rolls, breadsticks, jam, honey, butter and coffee, with extra charge) and served directly to your room, otherwise it is possible to visit and have breakfast at the local cafes.

Path to the beach
The path to the beach from our accommodation is a straight path with no obstacles.
Seaside Sidewalk
A paved seaside sidewalk provides easy access to the public beach, coffee shops and restaurants near the village.
Path to the Sea
There are paved paths on the beach that wheelchair users can use alone. Paved paths go right to the waterline.
Beaches
The beach near the accommodation is sandy and a lifeguard is present. Pebble beaches also do exist in nearby areas
Beach Wheelchair
A beach wheelchair is available at an extra cost. For more information contact the reception desk.
