1. General Policy

Welcome to our hotel. We are committed to providing a safe, enjoyable, and memorable experience for all our guests. By making a reservation or checking in to our hotel, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to protect both the hotel and our guests and to ensure a harmonious environment for all.

2. Reservation Policy

  • Reservation Confirmation: All reservations must be confirmed with a valid credit/debit card at the time of booking.
  • Age Requirement: Reservations must be made by individuals aged 18 years or older.
  • Check-in and Check-out: Check-in time is at 15:00, and check-out time is at 11:00. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.
  • Third-Party Reservations: For reservations made through third-party websites or services, the terms and conditions of the third-party service will apply.

3. Payment Policy

  • Deposit: A deposit of 30% of the total price is required to confirm a reservation and is non-refundable.
  • Full Payment: Full payment is required upon check-in, payable by credit/debit card or cash in the local currency.
  • Identification: The guest responsible for the payment must present a valid identification document (National ID or Passport only).

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Direct Reservations: Cancellations for reservations made directly through our website or by phone must be made at least 72 hours before the booking date to avoid a cancellation fee, which includes the full accommodation fee and taxes of the rooms booked.
  • Third-Party Cancellations: For cancellations made through third-party websites and services, their respective terms and conditions will apply.
  • Late Cancellations and No-Shows: Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a charge equivalent to the full accommodation fee and taxes.

5. Room Occupancy

  • Maximum Occupancy: Maximum room occupancy must be adhered to according to the room type booked.
  • Extra Guests: Additional charges may apply for extra guests not included in the original reservation.

6. Conduct and Behavior

  • Respectful Behavior: Guests are expected to behave respectfully at all times.
  • Prohibited Activities: Excessive noise, disruptive behavior, or illegal activities will result in immediate eviction without refund.

7. Damage and Theft Policy

  • Liability for Damage: Guests are solely responsible for any and all damage or loss sustained by the room or hotel property during their occupancy.
  • Assessment of Damage Charges: Charges for damages shall be diligently assessed and billed to the guest’s account, with settlement options including cash or credit/debit card.
  • Room Closure for Repairs: Should damage necessitate the closure of a room for repairs, the hotel reserves the right to impose additional charges. Should the room have been reserved by another guest during the period of closure, the responsible guest is liable for the associated accommodation costs.
  • Cancellation Due to Damage: In cases where significant damage leads to the cancellation of another guest’s reservation, the responsible guest is obligated to compensate the hotel for the full price of the canceled reservation.
  • Damage Assessment: Charges for damaged or missing items shall be determined in accordance with the damage list maintained at the reception desk.
  • Legal Recourse: In the event of damage or unpaid fees resulting from a guest’s illness or sudden departure without notice, the hotel reserves the right to pursue legal action against the guest or their estate.
  • Theft: Removal of any items from the room or hotel premises constitutes theft, thereby prompting the hotel to promptly inform the appropriate law enforcement agencies.

8. Smoking Policy

  • Non-Smoking Rooms: All rooms are non-smoking. A €50 fee will be charged when caught smoking in a non-smoking area.
  • Designated Smoking Areas: Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas with ashtrays.

9. Pet Policy

  • No Pets Allowed: Pets and service animals are not allowed on the premises.

10. Liability

  • Personal Belongings: The hotel is not responsible for the loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings.
  • Use of Facilities: Use of hotel facilities is at the guest’s own risk.
  • Guest Actions: The hotel is not responsible for the guests’ actions or safety inside or outside the premises.
  • Health Issues: The hotel is not responsible for any health issues, illnesses, or deaths that occur during your stay.
  • Medical Emergencies: In case of medical emergencies, the hotel will not cover any expenses; the guest responsible for the affected person will be solely responsible.
  • Legal Disputes: Any legal disputes against the hotel will be settled only in the Court of Thessaloniki, Greece.

11. Price Changes

  • Right to Change Prices: The hotel reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. However, confirmed reservations with a deposit will not be affected by such changes.

12. Privacy Policy

  • Data Protection: The hotel is committed to protecting your personal information and will only use it in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • Use of Information: Personal information collected during the reservation process will be used to manage your booking and improve your stay.
  • Third-Party Sharing: The hotel will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

13. Force Majeure

  • Unforeseen Events: The hotel is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, war, or government actions.

14. Amendments

  • Right to Amend: The hotel reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
  • Agreement to Terms: By entering our premises, guests agree to abide by these terms and policies even if they have not signed the guest agreement contract.
